Automatically When You Use the Platform

Glory Game uses your personal data for the following purposes — and for these purposes only:

• Account operation: To create and maintain your player account, verify your identity, process your transactions and deliver the games and betting services you have registered for.
• Payment processing: To facilitate deposits and withdrawals through your chosen payment method and to maintain an accurate transaction history in your account.

• Legal obligation: Processing required by applicable law — AML record-keeping, age verification, regulatory reporting.
• Legitimate interests: Processing necessary for our legitimate business interests where those interests are not overridden by your rights — fraud prevention, security monitoring, platform analytics, responsible gaming monitoring.
• Your consent: Processing for which we have obtained your specific, freely given consent — marketing communications via email, SMS and push notification. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

Glory Game shares personal data only with the following categories of third party, and only to the extent necessary for each purpose:

• Payment processors: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT networks and card processing partners receive the payment details necessary to process your transactions. These providers handle your financial data under their own privacy policies and security standards.
• Identity verification providers: Third-party KYC services receive copies of the identity documents you submit for verification. These services return a pass/fail verification status to Glory Game — they do not retain copies of your documents beyond their legal obligations.
• Game technology providers: Game providers whose titles appear on Glory Game receive limited technical session data necessary to deliver the game experience and validate bet outcomes. They do not receive your identity or financial data.
• Fraud detection and security services: Specialised third-party providers receive technical data (device fingerprints, IP data, behavioural signals) to generate risk assessments that help protect your account.
• Regulatory and law enforcement authorities: Where we are legally required to disclose information — for example, under an AML reporting obligation or in response to a valid court order — we will comply with that legal requirement and will notify you where permitted by law.
• Professional advisors: Lawyers, accountants and auditors may access your data under strict confidentiality obligations where necessary to obtain professional advice.

Glory Game retains personal data for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following retention periods apply:

After the applicable retention period expires, personal data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Anonymised and aggregated data (which cannot be used to identify you) may be retained indefinitely for platform analytics and improvement purposes.

Data security is not a box-ticking exercise at Glory Game — it's fundamental to our ability to operate. The following technical and organisational measures are in place to protect your personal data:

• TLS 1.3 encryption in transit: All data exchanged between your browser or app and our servers is encrypted using modern TLS 1.3 protocols, preventing interception.
• AES-256 encryption at rest: Sensitive personal and financial data stored in our databases is encrypted using AES-256, the same standard used by financial institutions globally.
• Access controls: Personal data is accessible only to Glory Game staff who need it to perform their job functions. Access is logged, reviewed and revoked immediately when no longer required.

Glory Game does not use third-party advertising cookies or track your activity across other websites for marketing purposes. The Glory Game platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If we discover that an account has been registered by or used by a minor, we will immediately suspend the account, delete the associated personal data (subject to any legal hold obligations) and, where applicable, return any deposits made.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor in your care has registered on Glory Game, please contact us immediately at support@glorygame.im. We will investigate and act within 24 hours of your report.

Glory Game will only send you promotional communications — bonus offers, platform news, match previews, jackpot updates — if you have explicitly opted in to receive them at the time of registration or subsequently through your account settings.

In the course of operating the Glory Game platform, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Pakistan — for example, where our game technology partners or cloud infrastructure providers are based. Where such transfers occur, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data to a standard equivalent to that applied in Pakistan.

Safeguards used for international transfers include contractual data protection clauses with our service providers, requiring them to handle your data in accordance with standards consistent with this Privacy Policy.
