Terms and Conditions – Glory Game Pakistan Official Platform Rules

Welcome to Glory Game. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Glory Game ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Glory Game website located at glorygame.im, along with all associated services, games, betting markets, promotional offers and related content.

By registering an account on Glory Game, making any deposit, placing any bet or playing any game, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Glory Game platform. We strongly recommend that you read this document in full and refer back to it whenever you have a question about how the platform operates.

To register and use the Glory Game platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Glory Game strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawals.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts and accounts registered in the name of a legal entity are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by law and you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Glory Game complies with your local laws.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent or family member of an employee of Glory Game or any of its affiliated companies, game providers or technology partners.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the Glory Game platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, household, IP address or device are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and balances may be forfeited at Glory Game's sole discretion pending investigation.

Registration Requirements

When registering on Glory Game, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your real name, valid phone number and, where requested, a government-issued identity document. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate permanent account closure without return of funds.

Account Security

• You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Glory Game account password. Do not share your credentials with any other person.
• Glory Game will never ask you for your password through live chat, email or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from Glory Game and requesting your password is fraudulent.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at support@glorygame.im so that your account can be secured.
• Glory Game accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential.

Account Verification (KYC)

Glory Game may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer) checks at any time — typically before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds or if unusual account activity is detected. Verification documents may include a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a valid passport or a bank statement matching the payment details on your account. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal processing being suspended until the process is completed satisfactorily.

All deposits on Glory Game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs / PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. There is no maximum single deposit limit enforced by Glory Game, though your payment provider may impose their own limits.

Accepted Payment Methods

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be refunded minus any processing fees.
• Deposits made using Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are typically credited to your Glory Game wallet within seconds.
• IBFT bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes to reflect depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• Visa and Mastercard transactions are subject to your card issuer's international transaction approval. Glory Game has no control over card declines made by your issuing bank.
• Glory Game does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount on Glory Game is Rs 200. Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit. If the original payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements will be agreed with our support team following identity verification.

Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal Conditions

• Funds deposited but not yet wagered at least once (a single "turnover") cannot be withdrawn immediately — a minimum turnover of 1x the deposited amount applies before withdrawal of the deposit itself is permitted.
• Any bonus balance must meet the wagering requirement specified in the relevant promotion before it can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Large withdrawals (above Rs 50,000) may require completion of KYC verification before processing. This is a security measure to protect your funds.
• Glory Game reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 72 hours in cases where additional security checks are deemed necessary. Players will be notified if this applies to their withdrawal request.

Glory Game offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and the refer-a-friend programme. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms.

General Bonus Rules

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough or rollover requirement). The specific multiple will be stated on the promotion page. Until the requirement is met, bonus funds are not withdrawable.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. This will be specified per promotion.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses must be claimed and the wagering requirement met within the timeframe stated on the promotion. Unclaimed or unmet bonuses expire automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Opting into a new promotion while a previous one is active will forfeit the earlier bonus.
• Maximum bet rule: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet or stake per game round or sports bet is Rs 500, unless a lower limit is specified on the promotion. Bets placed above this limit while bonus funds are active may be voided.
• Refer-a-Friend: Referral rewards are credited upon successful registration and first qualifying deposit by the referred player. Both parties must comply with these Terms. Fraudulent referrals (self-referral, fake accounts) will result in forfeiture of all rewards and account suspension.

Glory Game offers a range of entertainment products including jackpot slots, fishing games, crash games, Ludo, live casino and sports betting (primarily cricket). Each product category operates under specific rules which are displayed within the relevant game or market. By participating you confirm acceptance of those rules.

RNG Certification

All casino-style games on Glory Game — including slots, fishing games, crash games and Ludo — use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. This certification confirms that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted, manipulated or influenced by the platform or any player.

Sports Betting Rules

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless Glory Game's settlement rules specifically permit in-play cash-out.
• Results are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body (PCB for Pakistan domestic cricket, ICC for international matches, PSL for franchise cricket).
• In the event of a match being abandoned, interrupted or reduced in overs, Glory Game's void/settlement rules as published on the betting rules page will apply. Generally, matches reduced to less than the minimum completion threshold are voided.
• Glory Game reserves the right to void any bet placed at obviously incorrect odds due to a technical error. Players will be notified and their stake returned in full.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed at the time of bet placement.

Jackpot Rules

Progressive jackpots on Glory Game are funded by a percentage of all stakes placed on participating games across the Glory Game network. Jackpots can be triggered on any qualifying spin regardless of stake size. Each jackpot tier (Grand, Major, Minor, Mini) resets to its seed value immediately after being won and begins accumulating again. Jackpot wins are verified automatically and credited to the player's wallet within 5 minutes of the trigger being confirmed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Glory Game platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and reporting to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities where legally required.

• Multi-accounting: Registering or using more than one account per person, household, device or IP address.
• Bonus abuse: Using software, coordination, multiple accounts or any other method to systematically exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Making false chargeback claims to your payment provider in relation to legitimate deposits. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and recovery proceedings for the full amount.
• Money laundering: Using the Glory Game platform to deposit funds derived from illegal activity or to otherwise launder money. Glory Game maintains AML (Anti-Money Laundering) monitoring and reports suspicious activity as required by applicable law.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market for mutual benefit.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros or any other automated software to place bets or play games on your behalf.
• Exploiting technical errors: Taking advantage of any game malfunction, display error or technical glitch to place bets or spin games at incorrect values. Wins arising from confirmed technical errors will be voided.
• Threatening or abusive conduct: Directing abusive, threatening or harassing language toward Glory Game staff through any communication channel.

Glory Game is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. Gaming is intended as entertainment and should never be pursued as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum loss amount per day, week or month. Once the limit is reached, further play is prevented for the remainder of the period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration. You will receive a notification when your session approaches the limit and the platform will log you out when it is reached.
• Reality check reminders: Set periodic pop-up reminders showing your session duration and net win/loss position.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Glory Game platform. Exclusions take effect immediately. Short-term exclusions (1 week to 6 months) can be reversed only after the exclusion period has elapsed. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Glory Game platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Glory Game platform or its content without prior written permission from Glory Game.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Glory Game's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.

Glory Game is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the platform;
• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures or third-party service outages beyond Glory Game's reasonable control;
• Any indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses of any kind;
• The accuracy of any live sports data, score information or odds displayed on the platform where such data is sourced from third-party feeds.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Glory Game's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Glory Game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms have been violated;
• The account has been used for fraudulent, money laundering or other illegal activity;
• The player is or may be under 18 years of age;
• The account is a duplicate of another account held by the same individual;
• Verification documents requested have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to other players, the platform or third parties.

In cases of account suspension pending investigation, accessible funds (excluding any bonus balance under investigation) will be held securely and returned to you via your verified payment method if the investigation concludes in your favour. Where violations are confirmed, balances may be partially or fully forfeited as set out in these Terms.

You may close your Glory Game account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining withdrawable balance will be processed to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

Glory Game reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations — we will provide at least 14 days' prior notice via the email address registered to your account and/or via an in-platform notification.

For minor or administrative changes (such as corrections to wording, clarifications or updates to payment processing times), we may update the Terms without advance notice. The "last updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Glory Game platform following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which Glory Game operates its gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage players to contact our support team in the first instance. The vast majority of disputes are resolved informally and quickly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaint process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body as specified in the platform's licensing information.
